"I was daunted by the task of implementing a system that I believed in but had never fully experienced or witnessed and an additional challenge was the long haul to achieving the paradigm shifts that would make way for 5Q implementation. Stretched, impossible, possible, revelation, journey and supported.  I found the MLC very challenging and positive, pushing me out of my comfort zone to a new place.  It enabled me to look at our organisation not just from my own assumptions and thoughts or superficially, but to look deeply to find the causes, not just the effects and what our next steps could be.
